The Veterans Administration has taken steps to enable access to the iBOT® Mobility System for our veterans. If you are a veteran, and receive benefits through the Veterans Administration (VA), you may be eligible for a clinical evaluation that assesses your appropriateness for an iBOT® Mobility System. If deemed appropriate, the VA may assist you in obtaining the device.
If you or someone you know is entitled to VA medical benefits, we can work with you and your VA Medical Center through the process of obtaining an iBOT® Mobility System. On March 1, 2005, the iBOT® Mobility System was added to FSS Contract #V797P-3006M. Additionally, the Veterans Health Administration has developed a Clinical Practice Recommendation for the iBOT® Mobility System , enabling coverage for veterans who can gain benefit from the various iBOT® Mobility System functions.
